Meysi is a terrier crossbreed from Jarocin, Poland, and, at 7cm-tall, 12cm-long and weighing only 150g, he might be the smallest dog in the world. Since he's only 4-months-old, he's not yet eligible for the Guinness World Record title, which requires the dog to be at least one-year-old.
