Chris Brown seems he just can't shake off this stigma he gained after his 2009 Rihanna incident. Posters with his ex-girlfriend's battered face have been posted all over Stockholm, where he's set to have a concert later this month. Sweds just want to remind him they haven't forgotten what he's done.
