Henry Thomas has been in a lot of movies but he's best known for being E.T.'s friend Elliott, in E.T., the Extra-Terestrial, in 1982. Here's him at 9 or 10 years old, convincing the producers to give him the job. He was chosen over other 300 kids who'd auditioned for the role.
