Long story short: Wisconsin resident Ronald Ball started a law suit after claiming to have found a dead mouse inside a Mountain Dew can he bought from a vending machine after opening it and taking a sip. PepsiCo's response: acid used when the drink is bottled would have dissolved the mouse by the time he opened the can, transforming it into a "jelly-like' substance."
