Tegon the Beagle has been turned by scientists at Seoul National University in Korea into a freak of nature of sorts. They genetically modified her so she glows under ultraviolet light when she is given doxycycline antibiotic in her food. They say the cloning techniques they used on her may help find cures for human diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.
