So Justin Bieber was signing autographs at a Macy's in NYC when a plainclothes cop stepped in to protect him from the swarm of screaming teenage girls. Bieber, who couldn't tell the man was a cop, mistook him for a crazy fan, and one of his bouncers grabbed him and tried to pull him away. The cop then cited his "attacker" for disorderly conduct. That's about it.
