It happened in a Boston on St. Patrick's Day: a man walks in the Starbucks on Brookline Avenue and yells "I'm rich! I'm rich! I'm rich!" and starts throwing 100 $1 bills into the air and then calmly walks out the store.

Bystanders did nothing.
