Do this to a co-worker, room mate, or to anybody else:

In Microsoft Word auto-correct dictionary, set "there" to auto-correct with "their", change "their" to auto-correct with "there" and change "they're" to auto-correct with either "there" or "their".

Then you wait see what happens.
