You may have already heard about the incidents at the Love Parade in Duisburg, Germany, this weekend, where huge crowds gathered at the world's largest techno festival. 19 people were killed and over 300 injured in a stampede, when party goers took a shortcut through a tunnel that was too narrow to cope with their large number.
