An emotionally disturbed man wearing an Elmo suit was taken away in an ambulance this Sunday in Central Park after being kicked out of the zoo for a Jew-hating obscenity-filled rant.
Apparently, the guy is a familiar face in Central Park, where he's been spotted pestering tourists before.
