Info Post
On the 27th of the Hebrew month of Nisan (April-May), it's Yom HaShoah ("Holocaust and Heroism Remembrance Day"), a day in which Jews in Israel commemorate the six million victims of the Holocaust. And each year on this day, at 10 AM, sirens go off for about 2 minutes all over the country, during which all citizens cease from whatever their doing and stand at attention.
