Luigi leads the way as six dogs hang 24 in attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most dogs on a surfboard. The dogs were not able to stay on for the required ten seconds during the Surf City Surf Dog event held at Huntington Dog Beach in Huntington Beach Sunday.
